Podium Deck, Landscape Areas & Roof Top Membrane
For external waterproofing systems, the use of high performance waterborne synthetic rubber membranes designed with permanent waterproofing properties, protect areas prone to ponding and immersion.
- Tested Class III membrane approved to AS 4858
- High permanent adhesion strength and elongation (> 330%) to accommodate thermal and structural movement
- Tested as suitable for pedestrian traffic to AS 4654.1
- Tested as suitable for protection and storage of drinking water consistent with AS 4020
- Excellent chemical and biological resistance
- May be reinforced with Polyfab fabric for increased puncture resistance
- Excellent crack bridging properties
- Low VOC

Each retaining wall application is assessed and the most appropriate system/product is then recommended. Systems can include either sheet or liquid based products.

- Drainage cell systems to protect the membrane and assist with draining water away from the wall can be provided
