John Graham becomes a life member of AEPMA

John Graham, our Pest Control Operations Manager in Brisbane was awarded Life Membership to the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association (AEPMA) in April, recognising nearly three decades of dedicated service to the pest management industry.
It was an achievement well worth celebrating and John Murray, Acting President of AEPMA, presented this honour to John during the Pesticon 2025 conference in Adelaide. Hear their speeches from the night in the video below.

Our new Termimesh Mackay franchisee
Earlier this year, we welcomed Daniel Jeffries as the new franchisee and manager of our Termimesh Mackay location.
We caught up with Daniel to learn more about him and his journey to becoming our newest franchise owner, along with his plans for growing the franchise across Mackay and surrounding areas. We wish Daniel success, and our network will be here to support him all the way.

Mater Foundation’s 2025 House for Life Contribution

Alongside many other generous trades and suppliers, Termi Home & Commercial Brisbane proudly donated their time and expertise to install the Termimesh System into Plantation Homes’ House for Life – an initiative that supports the Mater Foundation, with all proceeds going to Mater Little Miracles.
Installation of the Termimesh System ensures the home is protected from concealed termite entry for the entire practical life of the building. As a completely poison-free termite management system, it will never require chemical retreatments to remain effective. The perfect solution for any family home.

Termimesh NATSPEC Case Study: East Loddon College
The new classroom block at East Loddon College, protected by the Termimesh System
Partnering with NATSPEC, our submission to the Product Partner case study magazine in 2025 detailed the installation of the Termimesh System for a new classroom block at East Loddon College, in Dingee, Victoria.
In total, 250 lineal metres of our stainless steel termite barrier mesh and 71 Termiflange collars were installed in the project, with slab penetrations, construction joints, service trenches and perimeter edges receiving protection from the Termimesh System.

This project sits alongside our previous NATSPEC case studies on the new Function Centre and Cafe at Perth Zoo and the Queensland Government’s satellite hospital program. State government projects that also required poison-free termite management to meet strict safety and compliance regulations.
