Even in the hottest conditions, Termiturf artificial turf will not dry out or die like real grass and unlike with paving, artificial grass does not retain heat and cools down very quickly once in shadow.

No, weeds are not really a big problem with artificial grass and they occur less often than weeds that appear between paving.
Some weeds may seed in the infill sand used on Termiturf artificial lawn, but these can be simply removed by raking or just pulling them out by hand.
