Can you quote directly from construction plans?
Yes. We have a dedicated estimating team that can provide detailed quotes based on your floor plans and engineering specifications. We assess the linear metres of the perimeter and the number of service penetrations to provide an accurate cost before you break ground.
When do you need to be on site?
Timing is critical. We must install the barrier during the pre-pour phase. We fit the mesh collars to pipes and secure the perimeter barriers to the formwork before the concrete is poured. We recommend booking us in as soon as your slab date is tentative to ensure we fit your schedule.
Does the barrier require maintenance by the builder?
No. Once the concrete is poured, the barrier is locked in place and requires no further maintenance from the builder. It is a permanent installation. We provide a handover pack for you to give to the homeowner which outlines their warranty details.
