Termi Home & Commercial is a multi-disciplinary organisation that services both residential and commercial markets.

Our principal product, Termimesh, was developed in 1990 as the first stainless steel termite barrier in the Australian market and continues to be the premium choice for termite management across the country and around the world. Diversification in the business began in the early 2000’s, leading to our expansion into pest control, waterproofing, artificial turf and epoxy flooring.

Our brands service key industries such as, construction, food and beverage manufacturing, education and mining to name a few. Specification of our products into Government infrastructure projects demonstrates our reputation within the market.

Performs termite inspections and residential and commercial pest management work. Applicants require a current driver’s licence, suitable pest-management licensing or willingness to obtain it, an OHS induction card and good communication skills.

Installs physical termite barriers on new residential building sites across Ipswich, travelling between sites as work is completed. Applicants require a construction card, physical fitness, initial personal transport and weekday availability.
